Refund Policy

Nuvexel AI Pro · Effective date: November 1, 2026

Nuvexel AI Pro has a free trial: all tools work, and you can export 3 pictures without a watermark (each counted picture any number of times, in any format; up to 2× / 2048 px). Please test the Software on your own images before you buy. Because of this, refunds are handled as described below.

1. When you get a full refund

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase if one of these applies:

1. The key has not been activated. You bought a key and have not entered it in the Software yet. The key is then cancelled.
2. A technical problem that support could not solve. The Software does not install, start or work correctly on a computer that meets the system requirements, you reported the problem to [email protected] within the 14 days, and we could not fix it or give a working solution within 7 days of your first message.
3. Duplicate or mistaken purchase. You were charged twice for the same product, or bought the wrong plan and have not activated the key (we can also swap the plan instead).

2. When refunds are not given

• After 14 days from purchase.
• When the key has been activated and the Software works as described, for example a change of mind, or results on a specific image that are not what you hoped for, which the free trial lets you check first.
• When the key was shared, resold or published, or the Terms of Service were breached.
• For a 30-Day or 1-Year pass whose term has already started, except under section 1(2).

3. How to request a refund

Write to [email protected] with:

• the order number or the e-mail address used for the purchase;
• the reason; for technical problems, your Windows version and a short description or screenshot.

We issue refunds through PayPal to the original payment method. They usually arrive in 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. When a refund is issued, the license key is cancelled and may no longer be used.

4. No automatic renewal

Every plan is a one-time payment. Nothing renews automatically and you are never charged again, so there is nothing to cancel.

5. Your legal rights

This policy does not limit rights you have under the consumer law of your country. In the EU and UK you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content; by activating the key you ask us to start delivery immediately and acknowledge that this right ends once delivery has started. Section 1(2) still applies after activation.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank: we will try to solve the problem quickly. Keys of disputed or charged-back payments are cancelled and may no longer be used.

Israeli law

Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, §14C(d), the distance-sale cancellation right does not apply to software once supplied; we nevertheless offer the refunds described above. NIKOSART is an exempt dealer (Osek Patur): no Israeli VAT is charged on direct sales; Payhip may add the sales tax or VAT of your country at checkout.
